Introduction To ACHIEVE's Give-And-Take Tool
How can a research consortium make the needs, expectations, and contributions of its many stakeholders easier to navigate? In this webinar recording, Sophia Demekas, ACHIEVE's Knowledge and Technology Transfer (KTT) expert on the Project Management Team, presents the Give-and-Take Matrix, an interactive tool developed to map relationships between research and stakeholders across ACHIEVE's five research work package areas.
Sophia demonstrates how researchers and external stakeholders can explore what different actors can offer and expect to receive. Using examples from the agri-food sector, policymaking, and retail, she shows how the matrix can reveal potential synergies and unmet expectations. The first version is now publicly available and is intended to evolve with stakeholder input.
